Daniel Miller Jr

Dan was raised in Gig Harbor and graduated from Gig Harbor High School in 2003. Dan is proud to serve the legal needs of families and individuals in the community where he grew up. Away from the office, Dan enjoys spending quality time with his family, coaching youth sports teams, supporting his kids in all their endeavors, and pursuing his own hobbies, including golf, fishing, hiking, hunting, and training his labrador retriever, Cody.
Dan focuses his practice on representing people who have been injured in car accidents. Dan advises clients about their rights to recovery, and works diligently to ensure that his clients are fully compensated for all their legally allowable losses, including but not limited to medical bills, property damage, lost income, out-of-pocket expenses and pain and suffering.
In his estate planning practice, Dan helps families put solid plans into place for their estates and other unexpected life events.
