Daniel Miller Jr

Dan was raised in Gig Harbor and is proud to provide legal service to families and individuals in the community where he grew up and now lives. In his time away from his office, Dan enjoys spending quality time with his family and working on projects around his house. Dan’s hobbies include golf, fishing, hiking, hunting, boating, dog training, and avidly supporting all his kids’ diverse interests and talents. 

Dan focuses his practice on representing people who have been injured in car accidents. In his car accident practice, Dan advises clients about their rights to recovery, and works diligently to ensure that his clients are fully compensated for all their legally allowable losses, including but not limited to medical bills, property damage, loss income, out-of-pocket expenses and pain and suffering. 

In addition to representing car accident victims and their families, Dan helps families puts plans into place for their estates and other unexpected life events through his estate planning practice.
